Each of our Signature Story fragrances come from a special place in our heart, and some of the best memories we have as a family didn’t come from big milestones — they came from days that felt simple at the time. Theme parks, local fairs, long walks, and sticky fingers from whatever sweet treat we could convince someone to buy us. Those were the days that stuck.

One of the biggest ones for me was going to Disney World as a kid. I don’t remember every detail perfectly — I was pretty young — but I remember the feeling of it. Everything felt larger than life. The rides weren’t just rides, they were entire worlds you stepped into. Pirates, castles, space, jungles… it felt like you could walk from one story into another without ever leaving.

But what really stayed with me was the night. After a long day of running around, riding everything we could, and begging for “just one more,” we’d find a spot and wait for the fireworks. I can still picture it — the sky lighting up over the castle, the music playing, and everyone around just stopping for a moment. Even as a kid, it felt like something special. Like time slowed down just enough for you to take it all in. It’s one of those memories that stuck with me, even if everything else from that trip faded a bit over the years.

Then there were the fairs — a completely different kind of chaos, but just as memorable. Those were the days where we’d run around with way too much energy, daring each other onto rides we were half-excited and half-terrified to go on. There was always that one ride — the one everyone talked big about until it was actually time to get in line. That’s when the teasing started. “You’re not actually gonna go on that, are you?”

Of course, nobody wanted to be the one who backed out.

Those moments were loud, messy, and full of laughter. And somewhere in between all of that, we’d always end up with something sweet in our hands — caramel apples, fried cakes, whatever smelled the best at the time. It didn’t matter what it was, it just felt like part of the experience. Like you couldn’t leave without it.

That’s where Carnival Apple and Carnival Cakes really come from. Not just the smell of the treats themselves, but everything tied to them — the excitement, the noise, the lights, the feeling of being there with your family and not wanting the day to end.

These scents are our way of holding onto those moments. The kind you don’t realize are special until years later, when you look back and wish you could step into them just one more time.

And maybe that’s what we’re really trying to create with these — not just a scent, but a feeling. Something that brings you back, even for a second, to those carefree nights, the laughter, and the simple joy of being together.

Because sometimes the smallest moments — a ride you almost didn’t go on, a treat you didn’t need but had anyway, a firework show you didn’t fully understand — end up being the ones you carry with you the longest. 🎡✨
